Position Overview: Server

We are seeking skilled part-time servers and bartenders to join our energetic team for 1-5 shifts per week at our lively restaurant.

Expectations for Candidates:
  • Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-end, high-volume environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail recipes is essential, with advanced and regional expertise being a plus.
  • Ability to stay updated and innovative with culinary, beverage, and hospitality trends.
  • Completion of side work and cleaning duties to established standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area and all front-of-house stations.
  • Exemplary customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities; collaboration with service staff and effective interaction with the kitchen and guests is crucial.
  • Professional demeanor; maintain composure as you are always in view of guests.
  • Availability for full-time or part-time work and flexibility to adapt to team needs.
