We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Total Renal Care, Inc. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis center.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a fast-paced outpatient dialysis setting. You will be responsible for delivering patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and conducting patient assessments
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Nursing (A.D.N. or B.S.N.) from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Experience in dialysis or nephrology care is preferred, but not required
