Job Title: Registered Nurse

Twelve Oaks Recovery is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients struggling with substance use disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and behavioral health needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Provide nursing care and services within the standards and scope of nursing practice, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • One year of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric, mental, behavioral, or substance abuse nursing.
  • CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required.
