We are seeking dedicated and caring Respite Workers to support children and teens with autism and/or other developmental disabilities and their families at the client's home and in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respite care to children and teens with autism and/or other developmental disabilities
  • Support families in their daily lives, including assisting with daily routines and activities
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as therapists and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive support for clients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with children and teens with autism and/or other developmental disabilities preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
