  • Follow individualized care plans for each resident, ensuring all their needs are met with dignity and respect.
  • Assist with transporting residents to appointments or activities within the facility, using wheelchairs or other mobility aids when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest standard of care is provided, and participate in regular team meetings.
  • Uphold residents' rights, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Comply with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
