- Prepare work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing in accordance with company standards, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
- Punch clock in full uniform, ready to work, demonstrating a strong commitment to the job and the company.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Ability to use the point of sale terminal, accurately processing transactions and maintaining a high level of efficiency.
- Ability to learn menu items and changes in menu items, staying up-to-date on new products and services.
- Country club and/or restaurant experience preferred, but not required, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and food service.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift and bend for long periods of time, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity.
- Ability to demonstrate menu competency as outlined in the training program, ensuring a high level of knowledge and expertise.
