**Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation - Making a Difference in Neuro Rehabilitation**

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team of dynamic therapists who share our passion for providing functional rehabilitation in home and community settings.

As a Neuro Rehabilitation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with complex neurological injuries. Our revolutionary neuro rehabilitation program is designed to promote greater health through the recovery process, all with industry-leading outcomes that dramatically improve functional skills and independence for patients.

**Responsibilities**

As a Neuro Rehabilitation Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing evaluations and developing treatment plans
  • Regularly reassessing effectiveness of treatment plans, attending staffing meetings, and family conferences
  • Performing discharge evaluations, making appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and providing referral and education resources
  • Communicating patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services, and family members
  • Communicating with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care, and enhance patient outcomes

**Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • A current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist by the state in which practicing
  • Current Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification in accordance with state regulations
  • A minimum of one year's work experience as a physical therapist (preferred)
  • Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury
  • Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform other physical requirements of the job

**Salary Range**

The estimated salary for this position is $60.00 - $65.00 per hour.
