Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychiatric Specialist to join our team at Seven Counties Services. As a key member of our emergency services team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to individuals in crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals in emergency situations to determine the most appropriate level of care.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services to individuals in crisis.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in human services or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of three to four years of direct inpatient or outpatient clinical experience in psychiatric mental health environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of mental and physical characteristics of applicable population, crisis intervention, chemical dependency, human behavior, and related issues and community resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities and supervisory skills.
