Position Overview:
The On-Site Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in establishing and sustaining the on-site support system for associates working at our client’s facility.
Compensation: $19.00/hr
Location: Albany, MO
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; overtime may be required based on operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support functions for associates at the client site, including timekeeping, payroll, attendance documentation, invoicing, production tracking, and orientation sessions.
- Oversee the employment experience of associates at the site, including coaching, counseling, and managing safety and incident reporting.
- Coordinate events for associates on-site, such as recognition initiatives, retention programs, safety training, and social gatherings.
- 2-3 years of experience in on-site coordination, management, candidate or new hire integration, or relevant human resources roles.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work on-site in Albany, MO, five days a week; overtime may be necessary.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
- Weekly pay schedule.
- Potential for permanent career growth within the organization.
- Consistent schedule with 40 hours per week.
