Responsibilities- Manage cash balances for multiple accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Reconcile bank statements to the general ledger, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents, including setting up new accounts as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with multiple banks, ensuring seamless financial operations
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry and record-keeping
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Aptitude for numbers and analytical skills
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Associate's degree or relevant certification a plus
