Responsibilities
  • Manage cash balances for multiple accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Reconcile bank statements to the general ledger, identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents, including setting up new accounts as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with multiple banks, ensuring seamless financial operations
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Research and resolve accounting discrepancies, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
