As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, working closely with licensed physical therapists to provide high-quality care to our patients.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the guidance of a supervising physical therapist, you will develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, using a variety of techniques and activities to promote patient recovery.
  • You will work closely with patients to prepare them for treatment and modalities, and provide support and documentation as needed.
  • As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will communicate effectively with support personnel and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • You will apply physical agents, therapeutic exercises, and gait-training activities as outlined by the licensed physical therapist, and progress patients in an appropriate manner when deemed necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
  • Previous experience in patient care is preferred
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
