Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of retail management experience and a proven track record of driving sales growth through exceptional customer service and staff leadership. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and training a team of sales associates to provide outstanding customer service
  • Driving sales through effective merchandise management and visual displays
  • Managing store operations, including inventory control, staffing, and scheduling
