Salary
We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
As a Financial Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence. Your key duties will include:
  • Serving and educating customers on our product portfolio by presenting all options that meet their needs.
  • Escalating issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations (DDO), and corporate office if unable to resolve directly with the customer.
  • Answering telephone inquiries in response to general questions, customer applications, requests, or other issues.
  • Performing outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in accordance with federal regulations, store operating procedures, and district or region volume expectations.
  • Responding professionally and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring they feel supported and valued.
  • Interacting with customers using active listening skills to confirm or clarify information and diffuse customer complaints.
  • Handling and counting currency, cash, and coins, including managing a cash drawer, counting cash deposits, moving cash from a secure safe to the cash drawer, and other cash handling requirements.
  • Balancing individual batch receipts with store sales reports at the end of the day and assisting with resolving over/short discrepancies.
  • Processing all transactions accurately and per company policy, including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
  • Complying with federal and state regulations and Company policies and procedures.
  • Completing compliance trainings and quarterly I Agree timely.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
  • Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
  • A valid Driver's License and valid Automobile Insurance.

Travel/Attendance
You will be required to travel to all stores within the assigned district with your personal vehicle and may be asked to travel to neighboring districts. You may also be required to work overnight shifts as scheduled.
