Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support and supervision to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and other disabilities.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Collect and record data and document services provided to individuals.
- Administer medication (after 90 days of employment) and provide basic first aid and CPR.
- High school education or equivalent required.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health issues, or medical conditions preferred.
- Valid Virginia driver's license required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, walking, pushing/pulling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and providing support during all aspects of daily personal care.
- Competitive salary range: $37,504-$51,756.
