POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position entails delivering executive leadership and strategic direction for medical services at Olympic Medical Center. As the Chief Physician Officer, you will be instrumental in improving the experiences of patients, employees, and physicians alike. You will work closely with senior leadership to foster a culture of trust, develop innovative solutions, and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations. Your duties will also encompass overseeing the Olympic Medical Cancer Center, spearheading provider recruitment initiatives, and managing the Swedish Health Network Affiliation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education
MD or DO required
MHA preferred
Experience
A minimum of five years of supervisory experience in managing multi-specialty group practices is preferred
Proven management experience including planning, financial accountability, employee relations, and quality improvement activities
Licensure/Credentials
MD or DO, current Washington State Medical License, and current certification by a board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
