Job Summary

The State of Vermont is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Program Technician II in the Unemployment Insurance Quality Control Unit. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the UI benefits program.

Responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the Quality Control Unit, assisting in the administration of quality control review programs, and conducting assigned audit assignments. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing files, and performing other tasks as directed by the Quality Control Unit Supervisor.

  • Provide administrative support to the Quality Control Unit
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in program administration, auditing, and compliance. You should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Minimum qualifications include two years of full-time college coursework or an associate's degree or higher, and two years of experience at or above a technical level in program administration. Alternatively, you may have a high school diploma or equivalent and three years of experience at or above a technical level in program administration.
