Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team in our Youth Partial Hospitalization Program. As a Therapist, you will play a critical role in assessing, planning, and providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy to our patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment and support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement psychotherapeutic services for patients in our Youth Partial Hospitalization Program.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
  • Provide individual and family psychotherapy, as well as facilitate process groups to support patients' mental health and well-being.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Coordinate care with external providers and caregivers as necessary.
  • Participate in case conferences and treatment team rounds to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Supervise and mentor junior therapists and associate therapists as needed.
  • Attend training seminars, group supervision, and regular staff meetings to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with PrairieCare policies and regulatory standards.
  • Support quality assurance and peer review activities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in social sciences or a related field.
  • Eligible or nearing eligibility for current licensure in the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP).
  • Experience in intensive psychiatric healthcare settings preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to maintain required malpractice insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
