Descripción del Puesto:
Lenovo busca un Gerente Senior de RFP. La principal responsabilidad de este rol es supervisar grandes ofertas comerciales de Lenovo y apoyar a nuestros equipos de la Costa Este.
Responsabilidades:
- Realizar una revisión exhaustiva de las solicitudes comerciales, proporcionando orientación y colaborando con ventas, precios, cumplimiento y otros interesados relevantes para asegurar una adecuada mitigación de riesgos y propuestas efectivas.
- Coordinar con los interesados interfuncionales, incluyendo equipos de ventas, arquitectos de soluciones y expertos en la materia durante el proceso de desarrollo de propuestas para formular estrategias ganadoras y soluciones técnicas y de gestión.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los interesados internos para garantizar la presentación oportuna de propuestas competitivas y de alta calidad alineadas con los requisitos y objetivos del cliente.
- Redactar contenido para propuestas, incluyendo la elaboración, revisión e incorporación de sugerencias para secciones de propuestas, como soporte técnico, desempeño anterior, testimonios de clientes y resúmenes ejecutivos.
- Revisar y analizar documentos de adquisición para identificar y comunicar información clave y requisitos al equipo de propuestas.
- Gestionar las comunicaciones con todos los interesados relevantes durante el proceso de propuesta y coordinar la aprobación de términos y condiciones contractuales no estándar según sea necesario.
- Proporcionar recomendaciones basadas en datos y colaborar con los interesados para implementar mejoras en las ofertas.
Calificaciones Básicas:
Experiencia previa de 5+ años en ventas o soporte de ventas, incluyendo conocimiento de posicionamiento de productos y desarrollo de estrategias de ofertas exitosas. Experiencia en gestión de propuestas y ofertas.
Calificaciones Preferidas:
Experiencia en mejora de procesos. Certificación APMP. Conocimiento sólido de principios comerciales aplicables y capacidad para trabajar en diversos temas simultáneamente. Habilidades de comunicación interpersonales escritas y verbales excepcionales, capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades en un entorno de alta demanda y rapidez. Se requiere un enfoque altamente organizado y atención al detalle.
