About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of stylists and ensuring the overall success of the salon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer retention
  • Monitor and control salon expenses to ensure profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the hair industry

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a salon management role
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
