Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content for our HR portal and case management system.
  • Organize content in a user-friendly way, ensuring that it is easily accessible to our associates.
  • Establish guidelines, standards, and workflows for content creation, review, approval, and publishing.
  • Monitor and update existing content to keep it accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
  • Manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content.
  • Ensure content complies with legal and regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Manage the HR content approval process, including tracking changes and version control.
Requirements
  • 5-6 years of experience in content creation (Content Writer, Content Lead, or Content Strategist)
  • 1-2 years of leading teams
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • HR Communications Experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Digital Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience)
