Senior Art Director Job Description

FARM is seeking a highly skilled Senior Art Director to lead our creative team in developing innovative visual solutions for our clients. As a Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of advertising and media campaigns, ensuring that they align with our clients' objectives and brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and pitch new design or brand concepts
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative input
  • Oversee projects from initial concept to completion
  • Collaborate with art directors, designers, animators, producers, and stakeholders
  • Maximize productivity and cost effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Impeccable attention to detail and excellent art direction
  • Deep understanding of digital, social, and emerging design trends
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in design or related field
