Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Administrator to join our team at the Littleton, NH facility. This role will work closely with the Manufacturing Engineering Manager to assist with creating and revising production order details, facilitating the procurement of goods, and maintaining relationships with outside vendors.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work with outside vendors to facilitate the purchase of goods and equipment as specified by the engineering department
  • Manage vendor account information (COIs, points of contact, payment terms, etc.)
  • Collaborate with engineering to analyze, create, and revise bill of material (BOM) and routings for product production
  • Facilitate the creation, tracking, and receipt of purchase orders to ensure timely ordering and delivery of purchased goods
  • Maintain proper tracking documentation related to various engineering projects (BOM and route revision/creation trackers, capital expenditure statuses, etc.)
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Prior experience with data entry, database management, reporting, and compliance analysis desired
  • Proficient with SAP production software
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and build relationships with vendors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend
Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
