Route Service Sales Representative

Cintas is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Route Service Sales Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving a truck along an established route and providing exceptional customer service to our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other rental items to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally, safely, and in compliance with driving and vehicle regulations
Requirements:
- Meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs
- Have an active driver's license, be at least 21 years of age, and obtain a DOT medical certification prior to the first day of employment
- Provide documentation regarding previous employment
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
- Strong customer service orientation, self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment
