Job Summary

The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa area, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa area, including the locker rooms and lounge areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests, providing refreshments and amenities as needed.
  • Assist with spa tours and direct guests to the locker room and other spa areas.
  • Retrieve, fold, and store linens and spa amenities.
  • Check inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
  • Perform laundry and cleaning duties as required.
  • Respond to guest interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Direct guests in the proper use of the hot and cold plunge pools, steam room, and sauna.
  • Assist guests with inquiries relating to spa services and other spa promotions.
  • Participate in team member huddles and be knowledgeable of daily occurrences as they pertain to spa operations.
Requirements
  • One (1) year customer service experience.
  • Must be at least 19 years of age.
  • High School Diploma, GED certification, or equivalent preferred.
  • Must obtain and maintain a New Mexico Alcohol Server's License within 30 days of hire date.
Working Conditions

The Spa Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests and team members in a professional and friendly manner. The position requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. The Spa Attendant must be able to work harmoniously and professionally with team members and supervisors.
