  • Process Improvement: Analyze equipment failures and data to improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs, reducing the risk of unexpected downtime and increasing overall efficiency.
  • Turnaround Work: Contribute to the development of turnaround work scopes, ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Incident Investigation: Investigate high-impact incidents and recommend improvements to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
  • Bad Actor Program: Assist in the implementation of the bad actor program to identify and eliminate equipment failures, reducing the risk of unexpected downtime.
  • Capital Projects: Support capital projects and ensure that designs are maintainable and reliable, minimizing the risk of equipment failure.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to drive operational excellence, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards common goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in I&E Maintenance or Reliability Engineering
  • Skills: Proficiency in control systems and Microsoft programs, strong communication and documentation skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge in Asset Management Plan Development
