In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients arriving at our facility. This position offers the chance to engage with numerous corporate flight departments and distinguished clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks related to delivering services for corporate aircraft, cargo, passenger charters, and other general aviation operations.

Compensation
Starting pay for this position is $18 per hour.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service and support to customers.
  • Coordinate hotel and catering arrangements for incoming and outgoing flights.
  • Handle customer transactions and fuel purchases efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with line service staff and pilots to ensure all client service requirements are met.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
