We are collaborating with a prominent Leasing Non-residential Real Estate firm to identify a skilled Property Accountant. Below is the detailed description of the role.
Essential Qualifications for the Property Accountant:
#1. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin is required.
#2. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in property accounting within the retail commercial real estate sector.
#3. Proficient in Yardi software for property management and accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrate 5 to 7 years of experience in property accounting, particularly in the retail commercial real estate industry.
- Exhibit proficiency in Yardi software for handling property-related financial operations.
- Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Mandarin language proficiency is mandatory.
Additional Requirements:
- This is a fully onsite position.
- No sponsorships or visa holders will be considered.
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 or 8:30 am to 5 or 5:30 pm.
- Remote work is not permitted.
