The Medicus Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Burn Center Director/Trauma Surgeon to lead our team at Texas Tech University - El Paso. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining policies, procedures, and guidelines related to the care of burn patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to burn patients
- Participate in teaching and mentoring of Fellows, Residents, and Medical Students
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- ACGME-approved residency in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care fellowship
- Board certification in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care
- Experience in burn care and trauma surgery
