Job Summary

Beat The Bomb is seeking a skilled Beer Garden Server to join our team. As a Beer Garden Server, you will play a crucial role in crafting a unique and memorable experience for our guests. You will deliver exceptional guest service, along with delicious cocktails and tasty bites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Safety: Follow all safety and sanitation procedures per the health department and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, be polite and attentive, and provide information
  • Menu Knowledge: Able to answer questions and make recommendations based on customer preferences or dietary restrictions
  • Order Taking: Take food and drink orders from guests, enter them into our Toast POS system, and ensure they have been communicated to the kitchen staff
  • Food and Drink Delivery: Serve food and drinks to customers on time and communicate any delays to management
  • Table Settings: Arrange, clear, clean, and reset tables, chairs, and decor for our guests
  • Cleanliness: Keep the Beer garden & Game Bay table(s) and seating areas clean and tidy
  • Payment Processing: Prepare bills and collect checks
  • Communication: Cooperate with kitchen staff and follow customer service guidelines
  • Technical Ability: Ability to understand and utilize Toast POS system and basic troubleshooting for our Game Bay operations

  • Required to be Responsible Alcohol service certified through a nationally recognized company such as ServSafe, TIPS, etc.
