Key Responsibilities of the Community Fundraising Volunteer Coordinator:


To recruit, nurture, and retain a diverse team of volunteers to enhance community fundraising initiatives and income-generating opportunities.


To spearhead the promotion and organization of volunteer activities within a community fundraising hub, collaborating closely with Community Fundraising Officers to drive local income generation.


To provide practical, role-specific, and emotional support for community fundraising volunteers, adopting an exemplary approach to volunteer management and engagement.


To ensure our dedicated volunteers have enriching experiences and possess the skills, resources, and motivation to maximize fundraising opportunities.


About the Community Fundraising Team:
We operate within the Community Events team.

Our team is responsible for leading and supporting community initiatives to drive and enhance our community fundraising income.

We currently have a team of over 30.

What we're looking for in our Community Fundraising Volunteer Coordinator:

Proven experience in raising funds within a community fundraising context.

Strong background in volunteer management and supervision.

Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Direct experience working with volunteers.

Background in Community Fundraising.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
