Veterinary Recruiter

This is a remote position with FoxMore Staffing & Recruiting, where you can leverage your experience recruiting Veterinarians or Physicians to excel in a lucrative career.

As a Veterinary Recruiter with FoxMore, you will represent both National and Local Veterinarian Practices and Groups with 275++ of open job requisitions. Your primary responsibility will be to source top talent for these clients, leveraging your expertise to close deals and generate significant commissions.

The compensation structure is designed to reward your success, with a 70% commission on the first $150,000 in client fees and a 94% commission thereafter. This means that if you bring in $200,000 in client fees within a 12-month period, you could earn up to $152,000 in commissions.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with clients sourced by other recruiters, earning a 50% split commission. With no micromanaging, you will have the freedom to run your business as you see fit, negotiating client fees and working remotely when you want.

FoxMore provides a comprehensive range of tools and resources to support your success, including access to state-of-the-art ATS, ZOHO Recruit, and more. You will also receive professional support from accounting, contract support, and dedicated client support teams.

In terms of salary, you can expect to earn an estimated $60,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on your performance and the number of clients you bring in. However, your income potential is virtually limitless, making this a great opportunity for those looking to excel in a lucrative career.
