Case Resolution Specialist

This role is responsible for facilitating the resolution of customer complaints after a sale and ensuring the timely and successful arbitration of vehicles between buyer and seller in accordance with Auction policies.
Key Responsibilities- Verify vehicle identification and prepare necessary paperwork.
- Meet with customers to record complaint information and provide detailed summaries.
- Perform data entry responsibilities and enter arbitration into the AS400 system.
- Conduct PSI calls and arbitration calls to resolve customer complaints.
- Advise customers of Auction complaint policy and notify managers and/or Arbitrators.
- Organize complaints using a numbering system and write detailed summaries for customer service personnel and mechanics.
- Track sale day staffing and coordinate internal and external lot communications.
- Investigate issues to determine if items are subject to arbitration and comply with National Auto Auction Association (NAAA) guidelines.
- Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling behaviors related to such.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including working overtime as business needs dictate.
