Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients throughout all phases of family law matters, including divorce, paternity, and adoption.
- Provide legal guidance and advice to clients.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Conduct consultations with clients and formulate case strategies.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years of experience in family law and demonstrate the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with care.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to work both collaboratively and independently are essential.
