Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality nursing care to patients with psychiatric illnesses. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, planning and implementing nursing interventions, and evaluating the effectiveness of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide and implement nursing care interventions, including medication administration and wound care
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care interventions and make adjustments as needed
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic medical records
