Senior Human Intelligence Specialist

Position Overview
SAIC is looking for a Human Intelligence Analyst to deliver subject matter expertise in operational and strategic planning support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various levels of organizations to address intelligence and HUMINT collection needs.
- Evaluate data to discern trends and relationships that provide valuable insights for intelligence objectives.
- Conduct thorough research, develop operational concepts adhering to Human Intelligence standards, and prepare intelligence assessments and briefings as required.
- Gather, assess, and synthesize complex information from diverse sources to evaluate the significance of developments in designated areas of interest.
- Participate in and report on relevant conferences and events as instructed.
- Maintain communication with counterparts in other intelligence agencies to stay informed on current issues, resolve challenges, and ensure seamless information exchange.
- Identify intelligence deficiencies and propose collection strategies to address these gaps.
- Provide expertise to assist in the creation and documentation of innovative processes, methodologies, and technologies.
Qualifications
Essential Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with nine (9) years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with seven (7) years of experience; or four (4) years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Security Clearance Requirement:
- Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory (U.S. Citizenship is required).
Essential Skills:
- Familiarity with the Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP), Joint Planning Process (JPP), or similar military planning methodologies.
- Experience supporting Service, COCOM, or JS operations.
- Capability to create planning and briefing materials suitable for General Officer level presentations.
- Willingness to learn new software and programming systems.
