Role Overview: We are in search of committed Physical Therapists who specialize in motion recovery. This role involves delivering personalized assisted stretching sessions, creating tailored stretching plans, and cultivating a supportive, high-performance environment. If you are enthusiastic about restoring mobility and improving patient outcomes, this position is ideal for you. Your clinical expertise will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and achieving optimal results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individualized assisted stretching sessions aimed at restoring mobility.
  • Design and implement customized stretching plans that cater to patient requirements.
  • Apply clinical knowledge to effectively assess and address motion recovery needs.
  • Encourage and support clients throughout their wellness journey.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure client safety and uphold studio policies.
  • Engage in meetings, training sessions, and educational presentations.
  • Assist with studio tours, events, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and sanitize equipment.

Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications for Physical Therapists:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with a specialization or strong interest in motion recovery and mobility enhancement.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy environment.
  • Strong skills in clinical assessment and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.

Preferred Qualifications for Other Roles:

  • Background in relevant health and fitness fields (e.g., Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, Sports Coach, Pilates/Yoga Instructor, or a degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a health and fitness setting.
  • Completion of Flexologist Training Program.
  • Passion for enhancing patient mobility and addressing motion recovery.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy.
  • Professional work ethic and reliability.
