Role Overview: We are in search of passionate Physical Therapists who specialize in motion recovery. The successful candidate will provide personalized assisted stretching sessions, create tailored stretching programs, and contribute to a supportive and high-performance environment. If you are dedicated to restoring mobility and improving patient outcomes, this position is designed for you. Your clinical expertise will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and achieving the best results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individualized assisted stretching sessions aimed at restoring motion.
  • Design and implement customized stretching plans based on patient assessments.
  • Leverage clinical expertise to effectively evaluate and address motion loss.
  • Encourage and support clients throughout their wellness journeys.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure client safety and adhere to studio policies.
  • Engage in meetings, training sessions, and educational presentations.
  • Assist with studio tours, events, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and sanitize equipment regularly.

Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications for Physical Therapists:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with a focus or strong interest in motion recovery and mobility enhancement.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy environment.
  • Proficient in clinical assessment and treatment planning.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to continuous professional growth and education.

Preferred Qualifications for Other Roles:

  • Experience in related fitness or health fields (e.g., Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, Sports Coach, Pilates/Yoga Instructor, or a degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a fitness or health setting.
  • Completion of a Flexologist Training Program.
  • Passion for enhancing patient mobility and addressing motion loss.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy.
  • Professional work ethic and reliability.
