Work Schedule: Full-Time Day Shifts

Your Role: You will be responsible for conducting radiographic imaging procedures, assisting and positioning patients, and performing essential clerical tasks. You will also provide basic patient care in accordance with departmental standards and compliance regulations.
Your Contributions to the Team:
• Execute all imaging exams following established protocols, ensuring proper patient identification and education regarding the procedures. Screen patients for any potential contrast allergies.
• Conduct various imaging procedures and operate all related equipment safely and effectively, demonstrating the ability to adapt protocols for patients of all ages.
• Ensure the safety of patients, particularly those of childbearing age, by minimizing radiation exposure and adhering to infection control standards.
• Complete necessary documentation to support the Radiologist's work.
• Position patients and equipment accurately, selecting appropriate technical factors to produce high-quality radiographic images in a timely manner.
Qualifications for Success:
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Science program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Completion of Radiologic Technology training and A.R.R.T. registration.
- State licensure as a General Radiographer, if applicable.
