Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to support customer engagements and technology planning
- Conduct business case analysis, develop and implement customer engagement strategies, and support technology planning
- Interface daily with customers, coordinate and support customer engagements, and conduct business case analysis
- Develop and sustain customer relationships to drive program results
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Math required with 9 years related professional/military experience or Master's degree and 7 years related experience
- Prior experience in program management, either as a program manager or principal investigator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Broad and deep relationships with and knowledge of Air Force S&T stakeholders, portfolios, and priorities
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Strong technical background, including Masters or PhD in Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Recent experience working with science and technology customers such as AFRL or DARPA
- Experience working with AFLCMC, MAJCOMs, HAF/SAF, and OUSD(R&E)
- Understanding of national strategy, military roles and missions, organization, enterprise processes, and customer relationship management

The salary range for this position is $125,500 - $188,300. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
