Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team in Orlando. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a friendly demeanor, and an interest in retail. As the Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives and inspiring associates to provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The Customer Service Lead will work closely with the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor to drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys. You will maintain a customer-first focus and deliver a consistently great experience to all customers with a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Model company core values and Our Burlington philosophy to inspire others.
  • Drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly front end area and troubleshoot issues with registers and transactions.
  • Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
Requirements

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
