Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and mentor staff to maintain a positive team atmosphere.
  • Manage inventory and ordering for both the kitchen and bar.
  • Help achieve financial goals by controlling labor costs and expenses.
  • Handle guest concerns and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of management experience in a restaurant, bar, or brewpub.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for hospitality.
  • Knowledge of craft beer is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
