Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home Infusion team at Johns Hopkins Medicine. As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and education to patients in their homes, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage infusion therapies, including enteral and parenteral nutrition, in the comfort of patients' homes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in home infusion care.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in Maryland or a compact state.
  • Minimum one year of experience in critical care or home care preferred.
  • Knowledge of enteral and parenteral nutrition, patient-controlled analgesia, and vascular access devices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
