You will also be responsible for maintaining a high-performance, quality, and safety standard, and guaranteeing member satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and assist team members with tasks and duties
* Monitor attendance, tardiness, and time off
* Assign duties to team members based on role and skills
* Supervise performance and provide feedback to team members and upper management
* Train new and current team members on tasks and procedures
* Handle customer issues and manage conflicts
* Adhere to company policies and health, safety, and employment standards
* Uphold integrity and security with member documents and sensitive information
* Manage club cleanliness and maintenance
* Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals

Requirements:

* Must be 18 years of age
* High school diploma/GED equivalent required
* Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided by Planet Fitness)
* Strong customer service skills
* Strong problem resolution skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
* Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift
* Will occasionally encounter cleaning chemicals during shift

This role is subject to successful completion of a background check, after offer acceptance. All background screens will be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
