We are seeking a temporary Payroll/Dispatcher to cover a maternity leave position for a 12pm – 6 pm shift for at least 8 months. This position has the potential to become full-time as time goes on. The Payroll/Dispatcher will be responsible for printing payee and dropping them off at FedEx or USPS locations around four times a week. This role involves distributing payment to our various employees remotely, taking orders from the accountant, and dropping off at the courier given location once all payee are printed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work remotely from anywhere in the USA

• Possess documentation skills, data entry skills, telephone skills, and verbal communication skills

• Order Versa Check paper via online retailers and be reimbursed for the cost

• Have a working colored or black and white printer

• Maintain an active internet connection

Requirements:

• Part-time position

• High school diploma or equivalent

• $700 every 2 weeks
