The Nicholson Companies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Financial Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial reports, and assisting the accounting team.

Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires three years of bookkeeping experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include an Associate degree with accounting coursework.

Responsibilities
  1. Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  2. Bookkeeping Services: Assist accounting team members in controllership and bookkeeping services for clients.
  3. Account Maintenance: Post journal entries, reconcile ledger and bank accounts, and perform account maintenance tasks.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 based on industry standards and location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
