Position Overview

The Quality Improvement Specialist is responsible for facilitating initiatives that enhance patient care, mitigate risks, and ensure exceptional service delivery within the healthcare setting. Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program
  • Active Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, adult learning principles, and data analysis techniques
