Clinical Research Coordinator

Pinnacle Clinical Research seeks a skilled Clinical Research Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of assigned clinical trials. This role is responsible for assisting in project planning, ensuring adherence to pre-established work scope, study protocol, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical trial operations, including subject screening, recruitment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with study investigators, project managers, and other team members to ensure study success.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ICH/GCP guidelines and institutional policies.
- Coordinate with pharmaceutical sponsors and external vendors to facilitate study-related activities.
- Prepare for study monitor visits, audit inspections, and other regulatory events.
- Document and report on study progress, including subject status and adverse event data.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a scientific field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and clinical research software (e.g., CRIO, CTMS).
- Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Work Environment:
The Clinical Research Coordinator will work in an office/laboratory and/or clinical environment, with occasional travel required. The role may involve exposure to biological fluids and/or bloodborne pathogens.
