EVS Grave Lead

Cliff Castle Casino is seeking a highly motivated and organized EVS Grave Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Environmental Services team, you will be responsible for leading a team of custodial staff in performing cleaning assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the activities of subordinates to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Assign and inspect the work activities of a group of custodial Team Members to ensure high-quality results.
• Schedule and inspect the work of floor cleaning, window cleaning, and other special crews to ensure compliance with standards.
• Recommend purchase of cleaning equipment and materials and maintain a supply storeroom to ensure optimal performance.
• Recommend new methods to promote efficiency and reduce costs, and initiate training programs for custodial Team Members to enhance their skills.
• Participate in cleaning activities to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the EVS Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' general custodial experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Knowledge and skills of cleaning equipment, products, techniques, and standards.
• Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with Team Members, Casino Guests, and Vendors.
• Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to our insurer.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.
