Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Refacing Specialist to join our team at Kitchen Tune-Up Arvada, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen cabinetry and a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute kitchen cabinet refacing tasks, which include precise measuring, cutting, and fitting of new cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and veneers.
  • Remove existing cabinet doors and hardware, preparing surfaces meticulously for the refacing process.
  • Install new hardware, such as handles, knobs, and hinges, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout all projects.
  • Keep a tidy and safe work environment at all times.
  • Engage with clients to fully understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction with the completed work.
  • Adhere to project schedules, completing tasks within the agreed timelines.
  • Address any onsite challenges promptly and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in kitchen cabinet refacing or similar carpentry roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of cabinet installation, woodworking, and finishing methods.
  • Proficient in the safe and effective use of various tools and equipment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision in all aspects of workmanship.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
  • Good communication skills and a focus on customer service.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Physical capability to lift and transport heavy materials and equipment.
