Job Title: Spa Massage Therapist- PT

We are seeking a skilled Spa Massage Therapist- PT to join our team at Hotel Washington. As a Spa Massage Therapist- PT, you will provide exceptional massage and body treatments to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
  • Perform massage and body treatments while maintaining the client's comfort.
  • Ensure individualized guest service by acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and neat work environment, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order.
  • Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as product knowledge and retail sales.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 2-3 years of recent massage therapist experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred.
